Why HUB Centro exists
Property work gets complicated when every issue means finding another contractor.
Property managers, strata councils and commercial owners are responsible for a lot more than any single trade covers — a leak one week, a snow event the next, a repainted hallway after that. Sourcing, vetting and managing a separate vendor for each of those issues is its own job on top of the work itself.
HUB Centro exists to remove that layer. We’re the point of contact — the “hub” — that takes ownership of a request, coordinates the trades and equipment it needs, and follows it through to completion, across a wide range of property maintenance, repair and construction needs.
Our team brings decades of combined industry experience and established relationships with quality trade partners, which lets us respond across a broader range of property needs than a single-trade contractor can.

Our location puts us within easy reach of both the Metro Vancouver core and the Fraser Valley.
